Refund and return policy
Last updated: 2026. This policy applies to purchases of COGNISUPPORT and related products shipped to addresses in the United States from Suppliertruebeau through suppliertruebeau.ddd.
Money-back window (unopened items)
If you change your mind, you may return unopened products in original packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling, unless a longer period is required by the law of your state. We may ask for proof of purchase.
Defective or incorrect shipments
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged or defective bottle, contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label or replacement where appropriate under applicable law.
Opened dietary supplements
For health and safety reasons, opened supplement containers generally cannot be returned unless the product is defective or mislabeled. This approach aligns with common U.S. retail practice for ingestible products.
How to start a return
Email helpcenter@suppliertruebeau.world with your order reference, reason for the return, and whether the safety seal is intact. We will send a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, we will process refunds within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days to your original payment method. Banks may take additional time to post credits.
Shipping costs
Unless the return is required by law or due to our error, outbound and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If we provide a prepaid label, we may deduct a reasonable fee from your refund where permitted.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may affect your ability to place future orders.
